At OUTDOOR INOXTO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our customer service team to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
